• With the emergence of Biorefineries which are processing facilities that convert biomass into value-added products such as biofuels, biochemicals, bioenergy/biopower, and other biomaterials Ouncel have been actively executing projects in this industry for more than 10 years.
• Ouncel have assisted one of the largest European based biorefiery plant operators to construct the most efficient, large-scale production site in Europe.
• Different sets of technologies including fermentation, evaporation, separation and drying, grain handling, grain milling, distillation, membrance filtration, biogas, bioethanol and biomethane separation were combined in innovative ways to achieve the resulting energy efficiencies.
• Ouncel provided the engineering covering the complete Process Automation of this site, including Electrical energy distribution, Control Systems Hardware and Software, HMI systems. Ouncel have delivered this site a unified and fully site wide HMI and PLC system which is completley consistent across all OEM delivered process equipment.
